The Stratford Competition is an annual theatre pageant held in Stratford, Ontario, Canada. It is without doubt one of the largest classical theatre festivals on the planet, and its 2025 season will likely be its seventieth anniversary.
The pageant was based in 1953 by a bunch of native residents who wished to create a world-class theatre firm of their neighborhood. The pageant has since grown to grow to be some of the prestigious theatre corporations in Canada, and its productions have been seen by hundreds of thousands of individuals all over the world.
