“Mission 2025 Librarians” is a workforce growth initiative launched by the American Library Affiliation (ALA) in 2015. Its goal is to make sure that all librarians have the talents and data they should meet the challenges of the twenty first century. The undertaking relies on the idea that libraries are important to a thriving democracy and that librarians play an important position in making certain that everybody has entry to data and the talents they want to achieve the digital age.
